The Refer Us offer is that subject to these terms and conditions, we’ll send existing customers of Money & Mortgages a £50 High St Gift Voucher for each friend they refer to us who pays us for advisory services within six months of the referral. The friend will then receive a discount of £50 off their advice fee when they take advice from us.
2. You must be an existing customer Money & Mortgages in order to refer a friend.
3. You must refer us to a friend for advice by sending your friend the personalised link to the Refer Us form which we have provided to you. To be eligible, the Refer Us form must be completed and submitted to us by using the link.
4. The friend that you refer to us must be eligible to receive advisory services from us, and pay us for advisory services within 6 months of the receipt by us of the completed Refer Us form.
5. The referred friend must give us permission to confirm to you that they have paid for advisory services in accordance with these terms.

I have dealt with Paul for over 20 years now for mortgages/remortgages and have experienced a fantastic level of professional service and attention throughout. In recent dealings for renewal of buy-to-let mortgages, Paul was able to secure deals and then amend them as interest rates moved downwards towards the critical dates. I never realised that this was something that could be done and am so pleased I didn't deal direct with lenders! For those considering a mortgage/remortgage, understand that it is no more expensive to use an excellent broker such as this than to go direct - in fact usually a great deal less.

We were recommended to use Luke for several remortgages. This turned out to be a huge mistake. He repeatedly didn’t respond to emails or phone calls, told us he would get back to us and then just went silent. He told us an application had been made and 2 months later nothing has happened. We have since gone to another mortgage advisor who actually knows how to reply to emails and respond and complete the paperwork. The whole experience has been very poor and if Luke is not capable of doing the job, he should have passed our details to a colleague. He has let us down and his employers.

I wish I was leaving a far better review here but unfortunately our experience has been extremely poor. We started our first time buyer mortgage process with Luke back in September - we couldn’t fault him at all at the time. November soon came around and after waiting for some things to clear (on our end), Luke went radio silent. Multiple emails and texts were sent with no response. We managed to get back in contact with Luke via calling on his mobile to which he implied he was going to proceed with what we needed over the next couple of days - this never happened. We contacted him again to which he said it would be the same day - again this never happened. We are now 2 weeks later and haven’t heard a further word from Luke. We have had to opt for another mortgage advisor which has unfortunately now delayed our whole application. Not only this, Luke also works closely with 2 other family members of ours, who have also had the same experience.
